  1. [Recipe] Low Carb Strawberry Shortcake - By far the best keto dessert we’ve tried, and we’ve tried a few. If you already have eggs, salt, strawberries, lemon juice and whipped cream, here are the rest of the ingredients. We used Erythritol instead of Sukrin. Make it and eat it. Today.

  2. [Inspiration] Losing 66 lbs & gaining a 6-pack in 8 months - You may not have the same aspirations as this gentleman, but it’s a good reminder that keto is a means to an end. The end goal is feeling good - mentally, physically, & emotionally. He shows how he used a combination of tools (including keto) to achieve this goal.

  4. [Recipe] Palak Paneer/Tofu - A good one for vegetarian keto-ers, although as meat eaters, we love it just as much. We didn’t use tomatoes and used a blender instead of hand-blending. Here’s a list of spices needed in case you don’t have them handy.
