2 lbs. Stew Meat
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Green Pepper
1 Cup Beef Broth
1⁄3 Cup Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp + 1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 1⁄2 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp Red Boat Fish Sauce
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Optional: If you like a more watery chili, add 1 Cup Coffee.
